Birth Doula services include:
Doula Support throughout pregnancy and delivery.
Introduction to Childbirth Education (required). May include family members and support team.
New dad workshop (optional)
2 accompanied prenatal/ultrasound appointments. Support during special procedures may be arranged.
Prenatal yoga and stretching sessions. ***This service requires your Dr's written approval.
Continuous doula support beginning with onset of labor and throughout birth.
All services include 48 additional hours of postpartum care and breastfeeding support at the discretion of the client.
